6 & B Garden’s kids cooking workshop is Saturday September 12, 2026, 12:00–14:00 in the lot at Avenue B and East 6th. Past editions have been free, aimed at roughly age 5 and up, and built around food the garden can actually point at. This is a community-garden class, not a restaurant kitchen. Parents should plan to stay. RSVP through 6bgarden.org so they know how many small humans to cook for. Wash hands, wear shoes you can get dirty, and check the listing for allergies and what to bring.
Buy a drink, grill food is free. Sundays 17:30–19:30 through Sep 6.
